1. Can anyone order? Anyone can order from Inn Supplies. You can checkout as a guest, or create an account.

2. Can you blindship? We can blindship orders upon request. Simply get in touch with us.

3. Are you able to send pallets? We use hauliers to deliver pallet quantities.

4. Can you provide a VAT receipt? A receipt is included in your order. You may also request a digital copy.

5. Can you notify me when a product is back in stock? Yes we can. Contact us and leave us your email.

Delivery costs and times

• Standard shipping is £6.50 to mainland UK. Received in 1-2 working days.
• Next day delivery is £10 to mainland UK. Received the next working day.
• Free delivery on all orders over £100.
• Orders of 15+ cases are usually delivered via pallet. Received in 2 working days.

If you miss your delivery, DPD may drop your parcel at a local Pickup Shop for same-day collection. If a pickup point isn't available, they will automatically retry delivery the next working day. You’ll receive a notification from DPD confirming the exact location or next steps. This is applicable to all shipping methods except palletised deliveries - which are managed by other hauliers.

Same day dispatches

Order before 1pm from Monday to Friday, and we will dispatch your order on the same day. If your order was placed after 1pm, it will be dispatched the next working day.

We do not dispatch at the weekends, nor does the courier deliver on the weekend.

All goods purchased from Inn Supplies (UK) Ltd may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. The item(s) must be in resalable condition.
