Boxes could do with being more secure.

Glasses are great but the boxes are always half open and sometimes the contents fall out of the bottom when picking up the box. I have to tape them up as soon as they arrive to make them secure.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention! We'll relay it to the courier as well as our warehouse team to ensure they are better protected in transit.

1. Can anyone order? Anyone can order from Inn Supplies. You can checkout as a guest, or create an account.

2. Can you blindship? We can blindship orders upon request. Simply get in touch with us.

3. Are you able to send pallets? We use hauliers to deliver pallet quantities.

4. Can you provide a VAT receipt? A receipt is included in your order. You may also request a digital copy.

5. Can you notify me when a product is back in stock? Yes we can. Contact us and leave us your email.

Delivery costs and times

• Standard shipping is £6.50 to mainland UK. Received in 1-2 working days.
• Next day delivery is £10 to mainland UK. Received the next working day.
• Free delivery on all orders over £100.
• Orders of 15+ cases are usually delivered via pallet. Received in 2 working days.

Same day dispatches

Order before 1pm from Monday to Friday, and we will dispatch your order on the same day. If your order was placed after 1pm, it will be dispatched the next working day.

We do not dispatch at the weekends, nor does the courier deliver on the weekend.

All goods purchased from Inn Supplies (UK) Ltd may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery. The item(s) must be in resalable condition.
